ARCOLisboa will once again become the great meeting place for collectors, gallery owners, artists and international professionals from 19 to 22 May. We have selected 11 Portuguese and Spanish galleries that you cannot miss at the fair, to meet their artists and collect their works of art.

3 +1 Arte Contemporânea was launched in February 2007 with the aim of promoting the work of emerging and established Portuguese and international artists, whose works illustrate the diversity of contemporary artistic practice. 3 +1 is committed to its evolution and development as a gallery, promoting and supporting the projects of its artists both within and outside Portugal and betting on internationalisation in our programming and participating in art fairs.
During ARCO Lisboa 2022, they will present a solo project by Tiago Baptista with recent works, installed in a site-specific structure in a non-formal way.
Madragoa
At ARCO you can enjoy the exuberant and colorful creations of Luís Lázaro Matos and the works created by Belén Uriel, focusing on the use of domestic objects and their relationship with human beings in her creations.
Miguel Nabinho
Galeria Miguel Nabinho started in 2000 as a pioneering project in Portugal. Its exhibitions took place in spaces chosen by the artists themselves, so the gallery space (which was not fixed) would be the most suitable place for the works on display. It is one of the most prestigious galleries in Portugal and represents some of the most important, influential and valuable Portuguese artists of the last 40 years, such as Cabrita, Ana Jotta, Luisa Cunha, Eduardo Batarda, Rui Sanches, etc.
Among the artists that we can enjoy at ARCO are Pedro Cabrita, Pedro Calapez, Patrícia Garrido, Rui Sanches and Ana Jotta
Rafael Perez Hernando
The Rafael Pérez Hernando gallery opened for the first time in 1996 in Madrid and moved to Calle Orellana 18 in 2004, where it began a line of exhibitions in which emerging artists and established painters stood out. The gallery works with rigor and coherence in its proposal. , where color, imperfection, light, emptiness and balance coexist.
ARCO Lisbon presents works by two of its most prominent artists, Giorgio Griffa and Claude Viallat.
Alarcon Raised

The Alarcón Criado gallery generates an exhibition activity that prioritizes curatorial projects and proposals based on the development of new artistic languages with the aim of highlighting artistic approaches that address the models of contemporary thought and society.
At ARCO Lisbon they have the pleasure of participating with artists such as Belén Rodríguez, Bernardo Ortíz, Cristina Mejías with works consisting of sculptures, drawings or mixed techniques.
Angels Baths
The Ángeles Baños Gallery was born as a result of the need to give visibility to contemporary art in Badajoz and Extremadura, creating connections from Spain with Latin America as a characteristic focus.
Among the artists that will be presented at the fair we find the harmonious paintings of Ruth Morán, the paintings of the Portuguese Susanne SD Themlitz or the characteristic drawings of Lura González Cabrera.
Leyendecker
Leyendecker Gallery was founded on February 28, 1979 by Ángel Luis de la Cruz and Lele H. Colomer. The gallery's program is based on the representation and exhibition of international artists who contribute significantly to contemporary art. Leyendecker also specializes in international avant-garde art.
One of the artists we highlight during the fair is Alberto Borea, who pays a small tribute to the artist. At ARCOlisboa you can see pieces from his latest series, The Myth of El Dorado .
Sabrina Amrani Gallery
Sabrina Amrani opened her eponymous gallery based in Madrid, Spain, in June 2011. French of Algerian origin, she was raised in a mix of cultures, traditions and habits that are common to most of the artists she works with. The gallery represents artists from across the East and West, bridging cultural gaps and promoting dialogue and intellectual development through it.
At ARCO Lisbon we will be able to see works by the Portuguese artist Mónica de Miranda with photographs that explore the fields of urban archaeology and personal geographies, or paintings by the duo :mentalKLINIK.
Rosa Santos Gallery

The Rosa Santos gallery opened in October 2006 with an installation by Valcárcel Medina. The gallery space is located in the historic center of the city of Valencia. The gallery's program focuses on contemporary visual art, showing special interest in the latest trends in painting, sculpture and drawing, as well as in photography, video and installation.
Among the artists we will be able to enjoy at the fair we find Xisco Mensua, Marina González Guerreiro or María Ruido.
Rocio Santacruz Gallery
The RocioSantaCruz Gallery is a dynamic space for contemporary creation and thought in all its forms. Faithful to her career since 1994 in Paris, as an editor of artist books, RocioSantaCruz's approach is to focus on unpublished archives with the aim of generating a dialogue between the avant-garde movements of the second half of the 20th century and new contemporary practices.
At the fair we will enjoy the works on paper by Mar Arza or the simple but elegant sculptures by Diogo Pimentão.
ATM Gallery
ATM is an international gallery located in Gijón, Asturias. ATM focuses on the exploration and contextualization of the latest artistic trends through a comprehensive program that includes research projects and artist management in collaboration with other institutions whose objective is to deepen in contemporary visual culture. The gallery travels to ARCO with works by Susana Rocha.
