Mario De Ayguavives - Another city
Técnica: Digital photography
Biografía del Artista: Mario de Ayguavives (Zaragoza, 1968) graduated in Fine Arts, specialising in Sculpture, from the University of Barcelona. He received the Scholarship-Acquisition at the Calotaro Sculpture Workshop, the First Prize for Sculpture at the 9th and 10th Aragonese Youth Competition for Plastic Arts, the Honourable Mention for Sculpture at the 20th Bancaixa Prize in Valencia, and the Honourable Mention for Sculpture at the 7th Isabel de Portugal Prize in Zaragoza. His work has been present at the ARCO art fairs in Madrid with galleries such as the Spectrum gallery and the Van der Voort gallery. Also noteworthy is his solo exhibition at the Banco Hispano 20 in Zaragoza, and his inclusion in collections such as those of the General Council of Aragon, the Provincial Council of Zaragoza and the Contemporary Art museums of Madrid and Ibiza. Mario de Ayguavives is a photographer who shows us an unnatural nature, remade and manufactured to suit the consumer, an image theoretically more pleasing to the human eye, where man's taste for symmetry and repetition is expressed to create a disturbing landscape. His images show us a globalized nature, made to suit man, serialized and manufactured to infinity. This artwork includes a certificate of authenticity. A certificate of authenticity is a document from an authoritative source that verifies the authenticating value of the artwork. The certificate may be signed by the author of the artwork, by the representative gallery, or by the engraver who collaborated with the artist on the artwork.
The information that a certificate of authenticity usually includes is: name of the artist, details of the work (title, date, support, dimensions) and an image of it.
