Biografía del Artista: David Sánchez is a Spanish artist. He was born in 1983 in Valencia and started making graffiti as SEB at the age of 13. His work deals with contemporary visual ecosystems and how deconstruction registers coexist with the purity of the straight lines. Sánchez evokes a spirit in his research and prospecting work. He searches insatiably the consequence of the constructive processes rather than the process itself, there it coexists with the gesture and the imprint. And perhaps because of his beginnings in graffiti he has a great sensitivity for color and chromatic richness. Pay special attention to the composition and nothing is left to chance, but never with a previous sketch, directly addresses an idea on the format and there begins to form through layers how if it were Photoshop. In his studio in Valencia, his creations are meticulously cared for and can be observed how he constantly questions the limits of format and subject matter. In his latest solo-project YNGRAVITY at the La Mercería gallery the artist shows atmospheres sensory through records on different planes. In the room you can vibrate with the sensation produced by methacrylate, similar to that produced by getting into the sea with transparent water (explains the artist). This artwork includes a certificate of authenticity.
