‘Without fire’
It was many years ago that I read this riddle for the first time and it remained engraved in my memory. I found it fascinating not so much for the enigma it contained, but for its iterative construction based on the preposition sin. Hacer sin hacer still seems to me an apparent paradox in its formulation that, however, dissolves and resolves, as if by magic, in practice. Written, read, said, it sounds like a simple contradiction. Hecho, it is an integration of opposites that shows itself as an extraordinary solution, outside the norm.
