Apparatus

When we enter an exhibition by Alberto Lezaca, we feel like we are entering one of the High Rise apartments from the novel by JG Ballard. The visual references we receive, the flat colours, the range of colours, even the mechanistic air of the images, make us think of a future, somewhere between residential and dystopian. Immediately after this first impression, we realise the uselessness of the objects that surround us, their coldness, contrary to any imaginable use, even their impossibility.
