"This trunk represents the life cycle. Made from pages from old telephone directories containing the names of hundreds of people and the code for contacting them. Each one with its own particular future, Some would walk with a certain step, others scattered, but they all converged at a common point in time. Just as the leaves of trees sprout from a common root and they fly to the almost imperceptible rhythm of a wind and violin sound, staying in the air for moments or falling heavily with no possibility of return. Those green leaves of that tree once sacrificed to make paper, that now look light blue, white, brown or gray, and they return to their origin, to the trunk, to the earth and back to life.”This artwork includes a certificate of authenticity.
