The monster stop

The exhibition is intended to pay tribute to one of the most controversial and moving films in the history of cinema, Freaks (Tod Browning, 1932), translated as La parada de los monstruos, an essential reference of counterculture. An exhibition project of the same name that will take place between the months of September and November, coinciding with the season of gallery openings in Madrid.
The common thread of the exhibition will be the monster, both in its aspect of representation of the irrational, unconscious, fictitious and imaginary, and in its condition of the complete opposite.
It will not only be grotesque characters or beings from literature or cinema that will accompany us during the journey, but also others, if possible more frightening, that we see and suffer every day.
