Max Estrella is pleased to present the most recent work by Inma Femenía (Pego, Alicante, 1985). Under the title Magenta Air, this is the second solo exhibition by the Valencian artist at Max Estrella. For ten years, Inma Femenía has been reflecting on the digital image and the forms of its perception that are determined by the wavelength range of the electromagnetic spectrum that we are able to access. This exhibition is the result of a research process whose aim is to broaden the field of vision of her practice to now incorporate the two borderline and invisible spectra into our usual perceptual experience, that is, infrared and ultraviolet.
