‘White and ash’
'Blanco y Ceniza' exhibition is structured around a series of installations that materialise the research of the artist Antonio Cerezuela, focusing on aspects related to language and representability, with a special interest in issues of performativity of language, in processes that apply its artifice and mechanicity and in issues of visibility and invisibility. The exhibition begins with the installation 'El silencio de Saussure', a set of pieces that structures the deconstruction in silences of the book 'Curso de lenguaje general', by Ferdinand de Saussure, a symphony of silences divided into 8 parts or pieces corresponding to the introduction and the 6 chapters that make it up, together with the interior view of the book cover that shows the absence of pages.
