The works by Rosa Brun that we can see at the Rafael Ortiz Gallery in Seville propose, through time, an uninterrupted dialogue between matter, space and colour. Rosa Brun's works are based on the absolute absence of representation and on the material essentiality of colour as a support, form and surface. In the exhibition we can see works such as Endanus (2010), Aman (2014), Dacrónicas (2020) ... in which the author resorts to the use of different supports and materials such as canvas, iron, wood, aluminium, copper... In this way, she creates in the viewer contrasting sensations of weight and lightness, emptiness and fullness, verticality and horizontality, inviting us to investigate the structures and our own perceptive capacity.
