‘Airbag’
This is Teresa Murta's first solo exhibition outside Portugal and presents internationally the artist of unparalleled language and gestures. The Portuguese artist, who had presented in Portugal her serpentine expression of memories, imaginaries and chromaticism, surprises in Bilbao with the series - "AIRBAG", where depth and transparency, associated with her unique interpretation of light in unusual and even absurd elements, direct us to the simple protagonism of emptiness.
This exhibition is the result of the collaboration between the NAVE gallery in Lisbon (which represents the artist since 2019), and the Bilbao gallery ALDAMA FABRE
