Biografía del Artista: Nolvenn Le Goff is a French artist born in Mexico City in 1975. She began her artistic training in Paris, where she studied printmaking at the École Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs. She also completed a study abroad stay at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna. Her work is characterized by being multidisciplinary, using diverse media and techniques such as drawing, painting, sculpture and installation. Le Goff is interested in social and political issues, and often addresses themes such as identity, memory and history. In her work, she uses a minimalist and refined aesthetic, which can sometimes be described as cold or distant. However, her pieces can also be emotive and evocative, using materials such as glass, porcelain and cement to create a dialogue between form and content. Le Goff has participated in various solo and group exhibitions in France, Germany, Mexico and other countries. He has also received numerous awards and recognitions, such as the Grant for Artistic Creation from the National Fund for Culture and the Arts of Mexico in 2003, the artistic residency award from the Casa de Velázquez in 2006 and the Research Grant from the French Institute of Latin America in 2009. His work is part of public and private collections in Mexico and in other countries.

Nolvenn Le Goff Of Mexican and French origin, Nolvenn traveled to Barcelona in 2005 to complete a Master's degree in Marketing after completing a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design and two specialties at the School of Design of the National Institute of Fine Arts of Mexico in Editorial Design, Multimedia and Advertising Creativity. In 2010, Nolvenn began his formal journey through the art world. He questioned the role of the artist, the themes that interest him and how to reflect them in his projects. This year, two of them were born based on his environmental concerns: one with a playful approach based on artistic recycling and the Paper Cities. These Paper Cities have been one of his most rewarding projects, both on a technical, aesthetic and conceptual level. The cities won an international contemporary art competition (bARTcelona, ​​2010), allowed him to spend 2 months of artistic residency at the La Papeterie de Vaux ecomuseum in France (2012) and to participate in the Art Capital art show at the Grand Palais in Paris. In 2021 they will be part of the Homo Faber biennial in Venice, organized by the Michelangelo Foundation. In 2014 Nolvenn founded Talent Lab, a gallery/workshop in Barcelona. The discovery of sacred geometry led to his Harmonious Ensembles. This new project, purely geometric, aims to raise awareness that we all share a common origin and that our actions affect both the whole and ourselves. Nolvenn's goal, as an artist and human, is to inspire positive change in the world. To achieve real change we have to start with ourselves. Nolvenn intends to remind us with his latest project that we all have wings, but some choose to amputate them. These wings are full of symbolism and personal allegories: the angel wing represents the values ​​and purity that Nolvenn tries to maintain in his personal life. He goes against the current in a world where individualism and immediacy seem to prevail. The Pegasus wing symbolizes the world of mysticism that serves as his refuge and inspiration. The bird wing represents his union with nature and freedom, which, in his eyes, is synonymous with responsibility. Nolvenn currently lives in Dordogne, France, surrounded by forests and lakes. This daily coexistence with the nature she loves so much has inspired new projects, such as Textures or the series Montagnes.
