Biografía del Artista: Nolvenn Le Goff is a French artist born in Mexico City in 1975. She began her artistic training in Paris, where she studied printmaking at the École Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs. She also completed a study abroad stay at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna. Her work is characterized by being multidisciplinary, using diverse media and techniques such as drawing, painting, sculpture and installation. Le Goff is interested in social and political issues, and often addresses themes such as identity, memory and history. In her work, she uses a minimalist and refined aesthetic, which can sometimes be described as cold or distant. However, her pieces can also be emotive and evocative, using materials such as glass, porcelain and cement to create a dialogue between form and content. Le Goff has participated in various solo and group exhibitions in France, Germany, Mexico and other countries. He has also received numerous awards and recognitions, such as the Grant for Artistic Creation from the National Fund for Culture and the Arts of Mexico in 2003, the artistic residency award from the Casa de Velázquez in 2006 and the Research Grant from the French Institute of Latin America in 2009. His work is part of public and private collections in Mexico and in other countries.

AT My goal as an artist and human is to inspire positive change in the world. To achieve real change we have to start with ourselves. My works are meant to be a reminder that we all have wings, but some choose to amputate them. These white paper wings are individual. Eventually their companion will materialize in another form, for example as body art. This is my most personal work, it represents my world, my philosophy of life. It is 3 wings in one. The Angel Wing Even more important than an artist's work is his or her own life. The sensitivity that characterizes me led me to make the decision at the age of 8 to change what I didn't like about this world and I soon understood that the only thing we can control is ourselves. I decided to become a citizen of my own utopia, living an exemplary life. Nobility, empathy, solidarity and love are my tools to bring light to the darkest places. Be the change you want to see in others. Gandhi The Wing of Pegasus The winged horse unifies the stability of the earth and higher ideals. This beautiful beast embodies the concept of bringing magic into the material plane. As an heir to the mysticism of Mexican and Celtic culture, I find strength here. The Wing of the Bird Wings represent freedom, and freedom means responsibility. It is necessary to explore those new places and ideas, to take risks, to get out of the comfort zone. The unknown can be intimidating but wonderful things can happen when you have an open heart, eyes and mind. They also represent my strong bond with nature. I'm excited to discover how far my wings can take me. Nolvenn Le Goff Of Mexican and French origin, Nolvenn traveled to Barcelona in 2005 to complete a Master's degree in Marketing after completing a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design and two specialties at the School of Design of the National Institute of Fine Arts of Mexico in Editorial Design, Multimedia and Advertising Creativity. In 2010, Nolvenn decided to test herself and begin her formal journey through the art world. She questioned the role of the artist, the themes that interest her and how to reflect them in her future projects. This year, two projects were born based on her environmental concerns: one with a playful approach based on artistic recycling and the Paper Cities. These Paper Cities have been one of her most rewarding projects, both on a technical and aesthetic level as well as conceptually. The cities won an international contemporary art competition (bARTcelona, ​​2010), allowed her to spend 2 months of artistic residency at the La Papeterie de Vaux ecomuseum in France (2012) and to participate in the Art Capital art show at the Grand Palais in Paris.
