The landscape is so vast, so absorbing, that it assimilates those who wander through its space as if they were part of it. When looking at his photographs, Hopper's paintings come to mind, where the human figures seem static. They are like statues in a frozen scene. However, these photographs do not convey the sensation of imprisoned characters. It is the colour, the light, the sensation that the world has stopped for a moment to allow us to see, with parsimony, a scene that occurred in a foreign place, a fleeting second full of mystery that seems like an isolated frame of a narrative that we do not know and that we must imagine. Each character, however insignificant its role in the frame, occupies exactly the right place. Framed work. Measurements: 70 x 96 cm + frame.This artwork includes a certificate of authenticity.
