“The exhibition project will focus on 5 narratively intertwined sculptures that develop the original Pinocchio tale by confronting it with the 1940 Disney children's version. The sculptures will deal with the theme of individual responsibility, the path to becoming “older” and the rewards of leading a “straight” life as proposed by its author, Carlo Collodi, but taken to the opposite side.”
