Biografía del Artista: Graduated in Fine Arts at the University of Seville, his work observes the absurd and the useless starting from the concrete relationship with the object. After observation and study process, the subversion of logic follows creating proposals that play with the plausibility of the useful, but that lead us to face the absolute lack of understanding and meaning. In his production, mostly photographic, he uses the object, installation, video and sculpture. During 2021, he developed his editorial project “Husos Múltiples” which was awarded of the VEGAP Support for Creation. In 2019 I developed the project “Construcciones de senso” in Senegal, awarded by the II Call for TRANSVERSIA residency grants, of the ANKARIA Foundation. Since 2018, he has been coordinating the artists with grants at “Encuentros de Arte de Genalguacil”, in Malaga.
“A cadeira” is a project that arises from a chance encounter of Arturo Comas with the famous Portuguese chair. With its sinuous tubular design and its optimized utility, it brings together two of the factors that have been occupying it in its latest projects and that made it the perfect candidate to subject it to an in-depth study of its forms and possibilities.This artwork includes a certificate of authenticity. A certificate of authenticity is a document from an authoritative source that verifies the authenticating value of the artwork. The certificate may be signed by the author of the artwork, by the representative gallery, or by the engraver who collaborated with the artist on the artwork.
The information that a certificate of authenticity usually includes is: name of the artist, details of the work (title, date, support, dimensions) and an image of it.

- Si se quiere iluminar la obra de forma permanente, aconsejamos utilizar focos de luz fría. Utilizar un plumero suave para la limpieza periódica de la obra. Nunca usar limpiador doméstico.
