Biografía del Artista: Eduardo Martín del Pozo (Madrid, 1974) holds a degree in Fine Arts from the Complutense University of Madrid and a degree in Vjing Technologies applied to contemporary creation from the University of Granada. Martín del Pozo has held numerous exhibitions in Spain, France, Germany, Holland, Italy and the United States, both in institutional and private art centres. His work can be found in both public and private collections in Spain, France, Italy, Belgium, Mexico, the United States and Saudi Arabia. He has been awarded First Prize in the Salou Prize for Pictorial Research, First Prize in the 16th COCEF - Colegio de España Plastic Arts Competition in Paris, Special Mention in the 44th City of Alcalá Prize, Honorable Mention in the 4th Torres García / Mataró Prize, and has been a finalist in a multitude of competitions, such as the “BMW” Prize, the Tajo Biennial, the 6th Mostra Unión Fenosa, the Ángel Awards, the UNICAJA Biennial, the Focus-Abengoa Prize or the Real Academia de San Carlos de Valencia Prize, among others. He has also received scholarships and grants from important institutions, both in Spain and France.
