Biografía del Artista: Ignacio Guelbenzu was born in Tudela, Navarra, in 1955. From the age of six to eight he studied drawing and statuary at the School of Arts and Crafts in Corella, Navarra, and later studied Art History at the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters in Barcelona. He studied at the University of Florence, and in Italy he has developed various pictorial and artistic activities. He collaborates in various literary and artistic publications, and is involved in interior design and advertising. He has lived in Zaragoza since 1980. Guelbenzu's work is characterized by his figurative style and his use of color and light to create evocative and emotional atmospheres. His paintings and drawings often feature detailed landscapes and realistic portraits of people, animals and objects, reflecting his interest in nature and the world around him.
