Biografía del Artista: Starsky Brines (born 1977 in Caracas, Venezuela) studied from 1999 until 2005 Painting at the University Institute of Higher Studies of Arts, Plastic Armando Reverón in Caracas and from 2998 until 2009 he received his Advanced Diploma in History of Western Art, Universidad Metropolitana and the Center for Latin American Studies Arturo Uslar Pietri, Metropolitan University in Caracas.
